FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL In the matter of the " Public Works Act, 1908," And in the matter of a proposal to diminish the width of the Tramway Road between Pakington on the Manukau Harbour and Cameron Town on the Waikato River, by stopping portions thereof. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes, under tbe provisions of the above-mentioned Act to diminish the width of a road in Franklin County, known as the Tramway Road, by stopping the portions thereof described in the Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that Plans of the portions of the said road so proposed to be stopped are deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situate Hall Street, Pukekohe, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary otfiuo hours from Friday the 29th day of September, 1916, until Saturday the 2ofh day of November, 1916. SCHEDULE.
All the said portions of Road proposed to be Stopped are coloured Green on the Plans, and are situated in the County of Franklin. Dated at Pukekohe this 26th day of September, 1916. ALAN P. In accordance with Section 131 (ejof tbe Public Works Act, 1908, the FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives public notice that a meeting of RATEPAYERS of Franklin County will be held in the Office of the Council, Hall Street, Pukekohe, on WEDNESDAY, the 6th day of December, 1916, at 2 p.m. to decide whether or not the portions of road described in the above notice shall be stopped.
