LOAN of £9OO, for the purpose of Taking, Forming and Metalling a Deviation oil the Onewhero to Wairamarama Main Road, including the payment of Compensation and Other Expenses incidental to the taking of the land required for the said work. NOTICE is hereby g\ven that it is the intention of the Raglan County Council, under the provisions of the Counties Act, 1908, the Local Bodies' Loans AcU, 1913, and Amendments thereto, and all other Acts (if any) it in that behalt enabling, and with the consent of the Governor-in-Council under Section-_' 6of the Appropriation Act, 1915, as Gazetted on Page 2819 of the Gazette, 1916, to borrow the sum of £9OO tor the purpose of taking, forming and metalling a deviation on the Onewhero to Wairamarama Main Road, including the payment of Compensation and other expenses incidental to the taking of the land required for the said work, within and for the benefit of the Hamilton's Deviation Special Rating District of the County of Raglan, and as security for the payment of interest, sinking fund and other charges on the said Loan, to make and levy a Special Rate of One-twelfth of a Penny in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Hamilton's Deviation Special Rating District of the said County, and it is the intention to pay out of the loan the first vear's interest and sinking fund.
