PUKEKOHE SPRING FLOWER SHOW.
A meeting of St. James' Spring Flower and Bulb Show Committee was held in the Manse on Monday last.
The treasurer, Mr Grigor, reported that the receipts of the show totalled approximately £lO9. Various accounts and the prize list were passed for payment. frizes will be paid on application to Miss Penman, care Roulston Bros, and all winners of same requested to apply as soon as possible. The special prizes for points and entries in the Home Industry Section were won by Mrs_ J. Roulston, junr Other winners of points prizes, etc., were : Jams, pickles and sauces, Mrs Webb; Section VI. (children), Miss E. Bell aud Master J. Roulston, equal; Section VII. (children), Missts F. Ballard, M. Gillon and R. Roulston, equal; pot plants, Miss Joan Dacre ; most entries in needlework, Urn J. M. Baxter; most entries Section IX. Miss G. Oldham ; most entiies in cut blooms, Rev. Nixon. The Committee thank the following ladies aud gentlemen who kindlv donated cash prizes and tropies viz, Messrs C. K. Lawrie, Joseph Adams, Mrs J. Roulston jnr., l»r Bronte, Rev. Nixon, Messrs J.
