WAR CASUALTY LIST.

The list issued yesterday of casualties at the front contains the names of Captain D. E. Bremner and Second-Lieutenant A. D. Bremner. The forme*, who was attached to the Utago mounted Kifiep, is among those "reported wounded," whilst the latter, who was serving with the Auckland Battalion, is "reported missiDg." They are sons ot Mr W, Bremner, of lJrury.

Advice was received fiom the Defence Department by Mr J. H. Mitchell in Pukekohe yesterday that hia son, Private H. H. (Bert) Mitchell, has been wounded. Private Mitchell left with the 10th Reinforcements.

Lieutenant I'. C. Marsack, who was recently reported as wounded, is a solicitor by profession, and prior to bis enlistment he acted as assistant to Mr B. G. K. Mason in Pukekohe.

Among those returning to New Zealand on board a transport due to arrive at Port Chalmers to-morrow is Lieutenant J. R. M. Roberts, of the Auckland Mounted Kifles. Lieutenant Koborts, who was the first manager of the Pukekohe branch of the Bank of New Zealand, served at Gallipoli and was invalided to England. He has since been taking part in the conflict on the Western front.
