AN ALLEGED IRREGULARITY On the reading of the minutes relating to the postponement cf a special meeting, Mr Mears questioned the legality of the matter on the grounds that neither the members nor the cleik were present at the office to postpone the meeting. He therefore claimed that the meeting held the following week was irregular. Mr D. W. Tones said that two members and the clerk met at the office, but as they bad not been authorised to postpone the meeting they could not act in the matter. The chairman explained that he deputed Mr Crawford to postpone tbe meeting. It was decided to notify the Company that the yards should be cleaned after every sale. THE CEMETERY RESERVE.
