Auckland, on the above date, the undermentioned property (1) ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND, situated in the Provincial District of Auckland containing by admeasurement 3a. Or. more or less being Lot numbered One (1) on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland, under Number 8354, portion of Allotment 268 of Suburban Section Number 2 of the Parish of Pukekohc. (2) All that piece of land adjoining the above-mentioned land, containing by admeasurement 12a. Or. 29p, more or less, being part of Allotment Fiftyfour of the said Parish of Pukekohe, EXCEPTING AND RESERVING thereout that piece of land containing three acres and thirty-one decimal five perches (3a.
