Pursuant to the provisions of the " Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and amendments thereto, and all other Acts enabling it, the Tuakau Town Board hereby give Public Notice of its intention to raise a loan of £12,000 for the purposes following, viz. : 1 (A). It is proposed to pay the interest and sinking fund due upon the capital sum by a special rate of 21 in the £ on the capital value of all property in the Town Board Disirict.
