TUAKAU TOWN BOARD. PROPOSAL TO RAISE LOAN OF £12,000. Pursuant to the provisions of the " Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," and amendments thereto, and all other Acts enabling it, the Tuakau Town Board hereby give Public Notice of its intention to raise a loan of £12,000 for the purposes following, viz. : 1 (A). Grade, form, kerb and channel, asphalt footpaths and macadam the following: George street from the Railway Station to the Saleyards; Liverpool street; Bollard Road to the southern side of the road through Mr A. MadiU's subdivision £2400. 2 (B) George street from the Saleyards to the Town District boundary : Grade, form, bridge culvert, gravel footpath, and metal 16ft wide, £3300. 3 (c). The security for the repayment of the interest and principal is the total capital value of all property in the Tuakau Town Board District. It is proposed to pay the interest and sinking fund due upon the capital sum by a special rate of 21 in the £ on the capital value of all property in the Town Board Disirict.
