HAUGHTY HUN NOBLES IN BRUSSELS.
This picture gives an excellent idea of the way the Hun officers of noble birth parade the City of Brussels. They treat the civilian population with tyrannous disdain, throng the restaurants, demanding the biggest dishes and very best- wines, whilst the Belgians themselves are on the verge of starvation.
