Roil up, pinch the ends together, and tie 't :n a scalded and flourod cloth. Put ;t into enough boiling water to well cover and let it boil steadily for '2i hours. When done serve it in a deep d : sh and pour some stock, nicely seasoned end favoured, rnirvl it. This is a very good vay of iis'ng up scraps of meat.
