NOTICE is hereby Riven that pursuant to the provisions of the River Board's Act, 1908, and the Waikato River Board's Act, 1912, and all other Acts enabling it, the Waikato River Board intends at a special meeting to be held on SATURDAY. -29 th day of July, 1916 at the Office of the Board, Mercer, to pass a resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, striking and levying a General Rate, as follows : A class lunds—A rate of Id in the £, B class lands—A rate of '/{d in the £, C class lands—A rate of in the £, and a Special Rate as follows : A class lands—Loan Account in the £; B class lands—Loan Account %i in the £; C class lands—Loan Account 3 IGd in the £ upon the capital value of all the rateable properties within the boundaries of the Waikato River Board District for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1916. and ending the 31st day of March, 1917, such rates to be due and payable to the Collector in one instalment at tne office of the Board, Mercer, on and after the 31st day of August, 1916.
