WHO IS THE GREAT NECKELSON?
He is a patriotic Frenchman, who has "done his bir," and is chafing because he is unable to be in the trenches. During the great manoeuvres around Verdun. Necfcelson met with an accident some time before we knew wat was to become a horrible reality. Having to accept his discharge from tbe army; after he got well again but "onrit for further service','' he made up his mind to do "his bit" in a different way, and, using his amazing talents, he helps the Ked Cross or Allies' Day, or Anzsc Day, as he did in Wellington a few weeks ago, or any other patriotic affair that comes along. Asa professor of occultism and«ll its allied sciences, he shows much cleverness in all his work. Neckelson must not be ranked with the ordinary comedian or showman. There is no vulgartiy in his performance. On the contrary he stands out above the ordinary as a master of minds. He is a profound thinker, and a glutton at study who has tackled some big problems in connection with tbe world of unknowns. That is why in cleverness, dexterity and cleanness his work is above reproach. Everyone witnessing bis enthralling entertainment at the Premier Hall, Pukekohe, next Saturday evening will be delighted with it.
