NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Franklin County Council, held on Thursday, the Bth day of June, 1916, the following resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on THURSDAY, the 6th day of July, 1916, at 9.30 a.m. at the Council Chambers, Hall Street, Pukekohe. RESOLUTION. " Iu exercise of the powers conferred "on it by Section 31 of the Counties "Act, 1908, the Franklin County " Council, on the petition of a " majority of the Ratepayers of the " Opaheke Road District, resolves by " way of Special Order that the said " Road District be merged in the " County of Franklin and the Board " thereof abolished." Dated at Pukekohe this 9th Day of June, 1916. . ALAN P. DAY, 561 County Clerk.
