Harper ; Justice, Miss G. Johnson ; Education, Miss G. Neal ; Labour, Post-master-General, Mr T. Walker ; Public Works, Mr A. A. Civil; Native Allah's, Miss 11. Allan ; Internal Allah's, Mr A. Tozer. Mr (J. G. Avery agreed to undertake tho duties of Leador of the Opposition. The election of Speaker was deferred until nest sitting. The Address-in-Keply to tho Governor's
