TUAKAU.
Claim Against Town Board Magistrate's Decision. At the Pukekohe Magistrate's Court this murning the hearing was resumed of Miss E. M. 'laylor's claim of £2OO against the 'luakau Town Board in respect of damages in respect of an accident sustained through alleged negligence on the part of the Board. After further evidence had been given by Constable Taylor, Mr K. Dynes Fulton and the plaintiff. Counsel addressed the Magistrate. His Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for £75 general damages and £8 12s special damages, and left the matter of costs over lor assessment between the two parties, or failing such to be decided by him at the next Court.
