Society Executive on Friday last: "I want to know what, a Milking Shorthorn is." Quick was the naive retort from Mr J. N. Massey: "A Shorthorn that gives a lot ol' milk." 'J he meeting wan content to accept Mr Massey's answer as a sufficient explanation of a knotty point.
