The property contains a dwelling house of five rooms and scullery and all necessary outbuildings, one half-acre is in orchard in full bearing. The farm has a metalled road frontage and adjoins the well known Ti-Ti farm. It is situated only half a mile from the new Glenbrook railway station on the Waiuku Paerata railway line and a mile and a half from the new Mauku station. ft is an ideal dairy farm and is recognised to be one of the best in the district.
