The following rinks will play a series of matches against rinks from Grey Lynn Bowling Club tomorrow—Saturday—on the local green. The two locjl rinks to play in the morning are Diiysb, S Smith, J Koulston and Armstrong, skip; Bockett, W Baker, L> Ktulston and Hewson, skip. Flay is to commence at 11 o'clock sharp. Ihe afternoon rinks are—Brown, Barte-, J Adams ard Clarke, skip: Fttois?, Ferki i, Blikc ard Wright, skip. Play is to commence at 2.15 sharp
S;ar competition—Holders: Wco!ett, Crawford, D Roulston ard Armstrong, skip; challengers: Wilson, Webster, Keith and Ptarce, skip
Buwla during the wir.tr months is an innovatiop, the principle of which was adopted at a special general nice line of the members cf the Pukekohe Bowling Club held on Wednesday evenirg last, For the ensuing winter three links ol the main green have been allotted for piay, but tor future winter facilities the croquet green, adjoinirg the bowling green, i& to be utilised atd arrangements have been made to re-grass it, etc., the ladies to continue as users cl it for croquet during the summer month?. A charge of Js per game is to be made during tr:e winter seaeon (o cover the extra cost cf upkeep
