All that well-known dairying and cropping farm situated at Mauku West ia the Pukekohe district containing 76 acies comprising part of Lot 83 of the Parish of Waiuku East and the whole of the land in Land Transfer Certificate of Title Volume 15 Folio 79. The farm is a first-class dairying or cropping farm, is well watered and being volcanic soil is well adapted for growing early potatoes, has north ! easterly aspect and lies well to the sun. At present it is all in grass excepting five acres of native bush. Subdivided into 13 paddocks. The property contains a dwelling house of five rooms and scullery and all necessary outbuildings, one half-acre is in orchard in full bearing. The farm has a metalled road frontage and adjoins the well known Ti-Ti farm. It is situated only half a mile from the new Glenbrook railway station on the Waiuku Paerata railway line and a mile and a half from the new Mauku station. It is an ideal dairy farm and is recognised to be one of the best in the district.
