BAKED PIG'S FRY.
This is- a very savoury preparation. Ingredients: of pig's fry, .Uh. of potatoes, 1 onion, a few sago leaves. ' pint of water, a toaspoonTtil of chopped narsloy, pepper and salt. Cut ufl'ihe fry, peel and chop the onion, put tlie meat in a picdisli, sprinkle it thickly with onion, parsley. an<l sage, season with pepper am.' salt. Slice tlie potatoes and lay them on the top, put a Jew hits of dripping on tlie potatoes, and till the dish with stock, or water, and hake in a mocerato oven for one hour. Any cold meat mav hp dressed in tills way, especially cold pork. It is alwavs best to tell, if there's a chance of being found out.
