DAY, County Clerk. 6th March. 1916. 208 AUCKLAND EDUCATION BOARD Pukekohe Technical and Continuation Classes Boys and girls between the ages of 14 and 17 years, residing in the Pukekohe School District within two miles of the Pukekohe Technical School, are notified that they must attend at the Pukekohe Technical School on Friday evening, 10* h March, at 7 p.ui, to be enrolled in the Technical and Continuation Classes, which commence work on Monday, 13 th March. Any boy or girl attending a secondary school or an upproved private school is not required to at* tend these classes. Non-compliance with the Educa* tion Act, Clause 124, requiring compulsory attendance at the Technical and Continuation Classes renders defaulters liable to prosecution. J. P. I, the undersigned, hereby publicly express my regret for having repeated erroneous statements made to me to the effect that tho Waikato Co-operative Cheeso Company, or their manager at Aka Aka, had buried a largo <junntity of ehoese from their Aka Aka factoiy. The statement was noi made maliciously, with a view to damaging tho said Company in any way, but to endeavour to spur them on to better things. However, having since made inquiries, and found that my informant was entirely mistaken, I wish to publicly withdraw the statements made, and to apologise for h iving given utterance to thorn, for no person desires the success of the Aka Aka Cheese Factory more heartily than I do.
