FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL Katepayers of Pokeno and Maungatawbiri Koad Districts are invited to attened a meeting to be held in the Pokeno Hall on TUESDAY, 29th February, 1915, at 8 p.m, to discuss the question of merßing Koad Districts in franklin Countjo. NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Franklin County Council, held on 1 hursday, the 3rd day of February, 1916, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held un Thursday, 2nd day of March, 1916, at 9.30 a.m. at the Council Chambers, Hall Street, Pukekohe. KESOLUTION. "In pursuance and exercise of the the powers vested in it by Section 16 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act 1913," and with the consent of the Katepayers of the Brown's Road Tuakau Special Rating Area in Franklin County, testified by a petition signed by not less than three-fourths of the Ratepayers in the said Browns Road, Tuakau, Special Rating Area, the Capital Values of whose properties as appearing in the Valuation Roll of the said County i& collectively greater than the Capital Values of the properties of the Ratepayers who did not so consent, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, as follows : "For the purpose of formation and metalling of Browns "Road, Tuakau, the Frank"lin County Council authorises the raising of a Loan of " Four hundred pounds at "4 1 per centum per annum "for a period of 36A years, "and declares that the coat of "raising the said loan shall "be payable out of the "moneys so raised."
