NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLLS.

Pursuant to section 12 of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act 1913" I hereby give notice that a" a Pollofthe ratepayers of the Borough of Pukokohe, taken on the 13th day of January, 1910, ou the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £0,300 for the purpose of extending and improving the ißorough Waterworks, the number of votes recorded for tlio proposal waß 72. The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 103. I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected. Dated this 15th day of January, 1916. H. G. E. MASON. Mayor. Pursuant to section 12 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1913" I hereby give notice that at a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Pukekohe Borough "Town District" Special rating area, taken on the 13th day of January, 1910, on the proposal of the Pukekoke Borough Council to borrow the sum of £3OO for the purpose of building Fire Brigade station and providing equipment for the Fire Brigade, the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 72 The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 51. 1 therefore declare that the pro posal was carried, Dated this loth day of January, 1916. Pursuant to section 12 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913" I hereby give notice that at a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Pukekohe Borough "Drainage" Special Eating Area, taken on the 13th day of January, 1916, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £3,500 for the purpose of installing a Draiuage scheme within the said special area, the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 25, the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 41. I therefore declare that the proposal was rejected. Dated this 15th day of January, 1916. H. G. R. MASON, Mayor. Pursuant to section 12 of the "Lncal Bodies Loans Act, 1913" I hereby give notice that at a Polllof the Ratepayers of the Borough of Pukekohe held on the 13th day of January, 1910, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £1,500 for the purpose of constructing septic tank, filter bed and part of main sewer . being portion of a drainage scheme) the number of votes recorded for the proposal was 75, the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 98. Pursuant to section 12 of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913" 1 j hereby give notice that at a Poll of the Eatepayers of the Borough of Pukekohe held on the 13th day of January, 1916, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £40,000 for the purpose of forming, grading, metalling and paving the roads and streets in the Borough, the number of vote l * recorded for the proposal was 50, the number of votes recorded against the proposal was 125.
