CONVICTS IN THE TRENCHES.
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THK FRENCH WILL SEND THEIR CRIMINALS TO FIGHT. There i>ji very strong conv'ction in France at present urging the Government to send to the trendies all the able-bodied convicts now serving in various French prisons. The convicts "ill require very littl" training, for, of course, the great majority have already served iu the army.
