SUBURBAN SECTIONS.
At Takanini. In this issue appears an advertisement, rtlativc to the sale of suburban sections or. from half an acre to two acre on the Oakleigb Fstale, at Takanini. The land, which is all level and in Rood grass, has been larmed by Mr Ban Johnson lor the last twenty-two years, but when the Takanini station was built en the property he decided to give pursons desiring small residential, poultry or fruit farming property an opportunity to ac(|uire the same wi.hjd lac Auckland suburban area. Tfere are excellent possibilities of Takanini becoming a centre for tbe Clevcdon and Alfriston traffic, and already fourteen of the tactions are sold. The erection of four houses will bo commenced almost immediately, and taking all into consideration the prospects of advances un the price at which the sections arc uow offered are decidedly promising.
