Pukekohe Town Band.

[TO THE EDITOR.] Sib,—Mr C. M. Wright's request appearing in your last issue tor an explanation from Mr C. Koadley that " will either clear or condemn the Band " appears to be a childish one, because—(l.) Mr C. Roadley is entirely ignorant of the " cause" of the Band's action therefore how

can he possibly " clear or condemn the Band." (2), The question should be asked of the individual who gave the , order to the Band to play when it did. That would be interesting to know, therefore name! please Sir, Name! Yours etc., CECIL ROADLEY.
