Is it not the case that Mr Koadley was personally end directly responsible for bringing into our midst an appliance of medieval times, socalled a water-cart, that report lias it has done duty in quite another capacity in keeping with its ancient character—l am, etc., '•WATCHMAN! WHAT OF THE NIGHT?"
