DON'TS.
♦ A Few Specimens. Don't imagine, though you lead an asß to knowledge, you can make bim think. Oon't try to lead the champagne life on the four-ale income. Don't insure your life and then woric yourself to death to pay tbe premiums. Don't let pleasure interfere with business, even though you take a pleasure in paying your debts. Don't, because old age brings experience, go in fur forms of experience which bring old age. Don't neglect to pity the people who have to live with you. Don't think wealth is everything, althoush you know that poverty is the very devil. Don't talk if in a difficulty; what you say may be refuted, but what you don't say can't be even contradicted. Don't recognise difficulties; if your horse refuses a fence, jus', dismount and throw him over it; such is the teaching of the new philosophy. Don't let the jerry builder take down the saffolding from your new house till he has put the paper on the walls. Don't assume that every banker likes a run for his money.
