The assistance of farmers is invited for the benefit of the Wounded Soldiers' Fund in the form of gifts of Stock which will be sold by auction at any of the sales conducted by Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons, or by the N.Z. Loan and Mercantile Agency Coy. Horses will be received at Messrs Alfred Buckland and Sons' Horse Bazaar, Pukekohe, on Wednesday next to be tiucked to Auckland to be sold at the Haymaiket on Friday. Those who have not been canvassed but are willing to help should convey their gifts of stock to the most handy place of sale and the Auctioneers will then dispose of the same for the deserving cause, or stock will be received at Pukekohe by Messrs.
