The attraction at the Premier Hall to-night is a most realistic drama of the war, "War is Hell." The story as toll on tbe him. is vouched for by a British officer and a Belgian family who were victims of tbe German invasion. The supporting star, "Ihe Death Train," is one ol the startling series of "The Hazards of Helen," produced by the Kalem Company. "Making Khaki," "Millinery Men," "Topical Gszitte," "Evolution of Percy" and a Keystone comedy, "Hpgan'a Mussy Job," make up a good programme.
