TO THE PEOPLE OF PUKEKOHE to do what you can in the way of assisting our PADDY'S FAIR which we are going to hold (by the kindness of Mrs McGovern) in the premises known as the Sample Rooms in King Street. Now we want everyone's help in this way. We will be glad to receive any article fiom a Toothpick to a Motor Car, any article that we can re-sell again is what we are after, then again we want to see YOU at the Fair to give us your support buying your needs from what we have to offer. Of course we shall have Fresh Fruit and Vegetables, also Cakes and Lollies for the Children, and -we shall hold an Auction Sale every Wednesday afternoon and Friday evening, and Mr Stembridge will kindly do the Auctioneering for us. Now think it over and see how you can best help us ; remember we are working for a Noble Cause, one that should call forth a ready response to our appeal. Let's all unite and do what we can for the Wounded Soldiers Fund, as they are doing a mighty lot for us, and it is only fair and just that we should do all we possibly can for them.
