PUBLISHED IN BRUSSELS. A Brussels printer has just published, despite the rigors of the German censorship, the ''Daily Telegraph's" ''King Albert's Book." The German police at once proceeded to "perquisition." They "perquisitioned" at the old office* of the "XXeme. Siecle," which is now issued from Havre, and they "perouisitioned" ac the house of a reporter on the " PeHple." But they have not vet discovered the whereabouts of the daring printer. There is a brisk demand in Brussels for copies of the work, in view ot the circumstances of its appearance--or rather npparation. USED TO IT.
