Considerable interest was attached to the wedding that took place in ■at. Andrew's Church, Pukekohe, on Wednesday, when the nuptial knot was tied between Mr Henry Thornton and Miss Ellenor Walkei, daughter of Mr, John Walker, of Papakura. The bridegroom is a well-known ex-resident of Pukekohe, having until recently been in the employ of Messrs H. Dell and Son fjr twelve years, and having filled such offices as secretary of the Pukekohe Fira Brigade and Town Band.
