HUNUA.

The death occurred at Hunua on Thursday of one of tbe district's oldest identities, Mr Robert Gillespie. The deceased had lived in the district for over fifty years and was a successful farmer. He was thus very well known and was highly respected. Mr GilUspie had two sons, one of whom (Robert) is at the Dardanelles, having left Mew Zealand with the Main Expeditionary Force.
