Rowe—Pleydell.
A quiet wedding was celebrated at Patumahue on Tuesday last, when Mr Stephen Rowe was united in th 3 bonds rf matrimony to Miss Dora Pleydell, late of New South Wale?. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. J. C. Fusssll at the residence of the bride's brother. The bride was given away by hsr brother, Mr W. G. Pleydell, and the wore a pretty dress of pale blue sponge-cloth, with tne customary veil and orange blossoms. The bridesmaids were Mis 3 Annie Howe, sister of the bridegroom, and Misi Myrtle Pleydell, neice of the bride, and both were attired in pretty dresses suited to the occasion. Mr E, Ruffe acted as best man. After tSe ceremony the wedding party sat down to a breakfast-tabls well laden with tempting dainties. The usual toasts having been honoured, the happy CDupla left for their honeymoon, amid showeis of good cheer and best wishes.
