PUKEKOHE ROD AND GUN CLUB.
A return match v. the Huntly Club took place on Saturday last on the Pukekohe range, the Fukekohc representatives, who won the earlier contest by the narrow margin of one bird, being victorious by six birds. The match was at ten birds, the following being the scores:

Vujucich 7, J. Bnwden 7, J. Kennedy 7, W. McNally 6; total 130. Huntly.—B. Clinch 10, T. Hedley 10, C. Bailey 10, F. Brucklebaok 9, W. Upiers 9, F. Owen 9, T. Stephenson 9, f. Smith 8, C. Smith 7, F. Raynoi 7, A. Smith 7, J. Burgess 7, J. Cook 6, H. Evans G, M. Kelcber 6, J. Harluck 4; total 124. In a 3-bird Bweepstake off the 12 yards mark, Wright (Pukekohe) and Hedley (Huntly) divided first priz?, each making three kills, followed by four kills apiece on shooting off.
A sweepstake "first miss out" was divided by Wright (I'ukekobe) and B. Clinch, both of whom shut ten birds off the reel. It will be noticed that in the match as well as in both sweeDstakes Wiiglit shot consistently without making a miss.
On Saturday next a trophy presented by Messrs Bcatty and Marshall will be shot fur.
