Notice i 9 hereby given that it is the intention of the Pokeno Road Board, at a meeting to b? held at Pokeno on MONDAY, the 16th day of August, 1916, in pursuance of Section 108 of "The Road Boards Act, 1908," and under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1908," to make and levy a General Rate if id (one farthing) in the £ on the capittal valus of all rateable property within the aforesaid Road District for the psricd of one vear, comencing Ist April. 1935, and ending 31st March, 1916. The eaid rate to become due and payable on the Ist day of September, 1915, to the Collector, Mr J. M. Noirie, at bis residence, Pokenc, where the Rate Bcok iB open for inspection. R. H. Contract No 117—For supply and erection of Hardwood Bridge and construction of approaches Patitutu Creek road, Waiau. Contract Nj. 118—For the supply and delivery and spreading of 760 cubic yards of 1\ inch broken metsl on Aka Aka to Pukekolie road (Pura Pura). Contract No. 119.—For forming Fatumahoe to Waiau Straight road ar,d supply «cd erection of a corciete culvert. Plars and specifications may be seen at the Council Chambers, Hall street, Pukekohr, on and after Monday, the 2nd August.
