HOCKEY.
On Saturday last the Puni single men's team met the Pukekohe team at Puni, the Puni representatives being defeated by 7 goals to 1. Notwithstanding the heavy defeat the Puni bachelors put up a good tight, and they have hopes of beating the married men when they meet them next Saturday.
