EXTENSION OF TELEPHONE HOURS.
We are requested by the Postal Department to state that as from to-day (Fridaj) there will be an extension of the hours of the opening of the Puktkohe Telephone Exchange. On week days t!ie telephone will in future be available between 7 a.m. acd 11 p.m., and on Sundays from 5 pm, to 5.!!0 p.m. Further, instead of the Exchange being closed entirely on public holiit will be open on such occasions from l J p.m. to 10 a.m. and from 7 p.m. to S n.m.
