FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Frankliu County Council held on Thursday, the 10th day of June, 1915, the following resolutions were passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Cour.cil to be held on THURSDAY, the Bth day of July. 1915, at 10.30 a.m., at the Council Chambers, Hall street, Pukekohe. RESOLUTIONS : 1. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by " The Counties Act, 1908," and "The Rating Act, 1908," the Franklin County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows The Franklin County Council having on the Tenth day of June, 1915, made and levied a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of one sixth of a penny l-6d) in the X on the Capital Value of all ratable property within the County of Franklin for the rating year ending on olst March, 1910, hereby directs the Tuakau Town Board to collect on its behalf so j much and such parts of such j rate as are or shall become.; payable iu respect of such per-! tion of the County of Franklin ; as is situate within the boundar- > ies of the Tuakau Town District, j 2. In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by " The Counties Ac f , 1908," and ''The Ratiug Act, 1908," the Franklin County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows : The Franklin County Council having on the Tenth day of Judo, 1915, made and levied a Hospital and Charitablo Aid Rate of one sixth of a penny (1 -lid) in the £ on the Capital Value of all ratable propoity within the County of Franklin for the rating year ending on olst March, 19Hi, hereby directs the Waiuku Town Board to collect on its behalf so much and such parts of such rate as are or shall become payable in rospect of such portion of the County of Franklin as is bituate within the boundaries of the Waiuku Town District.
