A few daysrain hta Bufliced lo show up the weak places in the msin road between Mauku and Pukekobe, and should not immediate st-ps be tjken to effect repairs portions of it will become practically impassable by mid-winter if we have anything like a normal season. The County Council is not the only local body to blame, for part nf. the road within the borough lou'darv is as bad us any. Now tint people have experienctd bow great & convenience the regular motor car Bervice to the station is it wculd be a great pity if it bas to be given up fur want of a little timely attention to the loads.
