POTTED PHILOSOPHY.
Don't be afraid, Do the things you want to do. A man never marries the woman he studies, but the woman who studies him, A man doesn't always bettor his mind by changing it. There is no fool like a fool who believes what a woman tells him. Never kiss a lady in the dark that you haven't seen in the light. People who bottle up their emotions generally cork them badly. Few men an really as big as their own opinions of themselves. A woman's strength lies in her knowledge of man's weakness. Lovers quairel. A woman never disputes with a man to whom she is indifferent. Some men show good judgment by showing a lack of self-confidence. A man without au aim in life is like a dog that has no wag in his tail. The last thing we do is always the first thing we think about. All married men live like bachelors, and all bachelors like married men. Many a poor tune is played on a good cornet. Determination iu ourselves is always rank obstinacy in a donkey. The pinnacle of fame- is no place for the man who likes plenty of company.
