RAMA RAMA.
Previous to his departuie for Wellington last week the Rev. McMastere, of Rama Rama, was farewelled at a conceit in the public schoolroom. There was a fair cumber of parishioners and friends of the guest present. In a short appropriate speech Mr Mc Masters explained how" sorry he was ta leave and how hard it was to bid adieu to the many friends he had made during his sojourn iu the district. When he was settle! in "Wellington he would re-visit tho district and his friends, and would hope to find the good work iu connection with the church, which was progressing so favourably, stiil going _ on. A musical programme, provided dining the evening by a.number of talented performers, was very much appreciated, and the final item, a hymn (" God be With You 'Till We Meet Again"), was sung with much fervour.' The ladies provided an enjoyable supper.
