Annual Meeting.'

The annual meeting of the above ( Club was held in the Council Chambers on Thursday evening last, Mr C. K. Lawrie presiding. Mr Daysh (secretary) submitted the report, which stated that the Club had again had a very successful season. During the year a sum of £132 lis 4d was co'lected and the expenditure amounted to £l3l 8s lOd, which left a credit balance of £1 2s Cd. £5 had been donated to the Patriotic Fund and £1 to the Barnber Chivanne's presentation fund. The business people and public of Pukekohe were thanked for the trophies they had donated to the Club and which were shot for daring the past season. Although the Club was not very successful in competition with other clubs nevertheless, they ha I not suffered defeat by a large margin of points. Au open meeting had been held on the 14th July aud was a financial succoss, about £l2 being added to the Club's funds as a result.

The mepibership l'ov the past season was 49, as against 51 the previous season. The memters of the Club were crngiatulated for the sportsmanlike mar.ntr in wti:h tney had competed in competi:ion during the jear. The repott and balance sheet were unanimously adopted It was decided to open the season on Saturday, Mir.h 20tb, nrembers' subscriptions to be on the o'd rates. ELECTION OF OFFICERS.

The following officers were elected for the ensuing year Patron, Mr Thos. Kennelly; president, Mr C. .11. Lawrie; vice-presilentf, Mess-s I. Motion, J. J. Hart, Dr Wake, C. Claike, F. Perkins, J. Heniy, J. P. Abher, I. O'Brnr, R. F. Wesbter, H Deli, W. Blake, G. Ft ike a d J K<ul* ston; committee, Messrs J. Kencellv, J. Rejnolds, W. Wilson, R. Fitness, J. Bo den, J. Wright, and J. Blake; secretary, Mr Dajsh (re-elected); auditor, Mr F. Brown; handicappera, W. Wilson, R. Fitness, in conjunction with the secretary: referee, Messrs B. Stuart and I. Motion; trapper, Mr H. Barber. Messrs Kennelly, senr, and Kenoelly, junr., were elected life members.

Mr Day h mentioned the matter ot ntw traps for the Club, H asked whether it would be advisable to purchase either one or three additional traps.-It was decided on Mr* Daysh's proposition to leave the nutter to the committee to deal with at a meeting to be held on the Ist March.

Mi Daysh moved a hearty vote of thai ke to the ladiss for their kindness ia supplying tea, etc., during the past seasm. Mr J. Reyroldß seconded the ptoposal and it was carried unanimously. On the proposition of Mr Kennelly a hearty vote cf thaLkß was accorded to the donors cf trophies and donations. Votes of thanks were also passed to the efficers, special mention being made of the able manner in which Mr Daysh had carried out the secretarial duties.
