CROWD'S HUNT FOrt GERMANS IN ABERYSTWYTH. Resenting the action of the Aberstwyth College authorities Mi bringing ba'-k Dr. Kthe, a German professor, j liuiidrcils of iwoplo held a meeting of protest. A huge red ensign marked the meeting place. A remark bv one councillor that "thov did not want any of their en'inies in Aberystwyth" was followed by Dr. Harries, an ox-mayor, art- j vising the meeting " to give all enemies 'J! liours' notice to quit." A procession was formed and a visit paid to the home of Dr. Kthe. The crowd swarmed into j the garden'in front of tho house, tramp- j kd down the lawn and flower-beds, and pulled down some ornamental t»?e«. Mrs. Etho appeared at a window, and l told the demonstrators that her husband ] ! was at the college Profes-oi-s. 0.
