Bombay v. Northcote.
| Un Saturday iait a team of Bombay tennis players journeyed to Northcote to play the Nurthcotc and Birkenhead Club. The visitor* wcro i received by the pro3irtent ard secretary of the home club, nud theso gentlemen, with the assistance of a committee of Isdies, treated the country players to a goo.l time. A light luncheon and afternoon tea were provided and though beaten by 1 ten sets to live the visitors one ard all thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
