In the Matter of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913. WATER. The body corporate called The Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Pukekhhe hereby gives public notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan Of £2,800 at the current rate of Interest, not exceeding 6 per cent, per annum, for 36 J years for the purposes following: 1. For the erection of a Re- £ servoir, and the purchase of aM necessary pipes, valves, fittings, &c, for same, and the purchase of any land which may be required for reservoir site and other waterworks purposes .. . ■ 2500 2. Public notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Pukekohe Borough Council held on the 21st day of December, 1914, it was resolved by way of Special Order that by vevtuo of the powers vested in it by the " Mnnicipal Corporations Act, 190*," the Pukekohe Borough Council make By-laws regulating tho speed at which motor vehicles shall be driven within tho Borough. A copy of the proposed By-laws is deposited at the office of tho Council for inspection duiing office hours until the dato of continuing meeting.
