HORSE FAIR AT PUKEKOHE

There was a good yarding of horses (with the exception of draughts) at the horse sale conducted by the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Co., Ltd. yesterday, in their Pukekohe yards. Young stock that showed quality sold well, while medium draught horses sold from £lB to £2K. Light harness hordes from £l2 to £23 Hacks realised from £5 to £lB and ponies from £3 10s to £lO.
