BOROUGH OF PUKEKOHE NOTICE OF A PROPOSAL TO STOP A STREET. Pursuant to regulations made under " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," Public Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to stop an unnamed street lying between the Railway Line and Franklin Koad, in the Borough of Pukekohe, and that plans of the Street proposed to be stopped are deposited in the Town Clerk's Office, Edinburgh Street, and may be inspected there without fee dnring office hours. And notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Electors of the Kiid Borough will be held iu the Council Chambers, Edinburgh Street, on the 13th day of January, 1915, at 8 p.m., to decide whether or not the Stieet shall be stopped. In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Sect. 31 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Franklin County Council hereby make a Special Order to abolish the Paparata Eoad District and merge the same in the County as from March 31st, 1914.
