FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL , SPECIAL ORDER. The Franklin County Council hereby give notice of the following Special Order. In exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Sect. 31 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Franklin County Council hereby make a Special Order to abolish the Paparata Road District and merge the same in the County as from March 31st, 1914.
