A correspondent has sent to (he ' Wellington "Post" a copy of a paraj graph whL'h sppeared in the South : Wales "Echo" of Saturday, SeptemI bar 12tb, 1914, giving the following j prediction maac by Dom Bo?co, a i Portuguese priest, who died 10 year? ago, and published in the journal : "Le Matir" in June, 1901 —"A I European war will br:ak cut in 1913 lor 19i4. Germany will be dis- ( membered, not however before she i shall have penetrated into the heart of Francj. There a mighty army ! will hurl the Germ ins ba k across the Rhine, The man of priie will Bee his tree shattered and crushed to the roois, ad t:o den urder foot by all. Tie great cattle will take place between the 15th August and 15th September, when t k e Pope shall ba dead and live again. Belgium will undergo great sutl'.ring, from which she will emerge increased in strength and admired. Poland will regain her ri^l.ts."
